Accountability

Our Quality Team acts as our customer’s advocate for all of Kleen-Tech’s customers. We are here for you! We are dedicated only to ensuring our services meet our customer’s EXCELLENCE.

When a customer feels they are receiving anything but EXCELLENCE from us, all they do is simply call Quality. Quality immediately investigates and addresses our customer’s concerns. They contact all the necessary Kleen-Tech staff (including President Brad Brandt) to ensure the issue was fixed and that our customer’s needs are consistently being met.

Customer incidents are monitored by the Quality Team which include, but are not limited to, customer complaints, customer requests, standards in jeopardy, and facility issues. By improving service quality, being proactive, and implementing preventative measures, our Quality team works to ensure our customer’s are getting what they paid for.
